No-bake Granola Flax Bars

1/4 cup butter
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup U-Bake sunflower seeds
1/2 cup U-Bake dried cranberries or raisins
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup U-Bake ground flaxseed
1 cup cinnamon graham cracker crumbs

 

 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows on high for 30 second intervals until melted.  In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.  Add melted marshmallows, stirring well.  Spread evenly in an 8” square baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Makes 12 servings. 

 

Per serving:  220 calories, 10g fat, 4g protein, 30g carbs, 3g fiber, 85 mg sodium.
