Holiday Salsa

  • 1 - 10oz. jar of U-Bake Pepper Jam
  • 2 Cups diced fresh Mango
  • 1/4 Cup fresh cilantro or 21/2 T dried U-Bake Cilantrol

Mix all together and serve immediately with chips or cover and chill up to 3 days. Makes 3 cups. Enjoy!
