8-12 Brats of your choice from U-Bake
2 cans of beer - enough to cover brats
1 T Butt Rub Seasoning from U-Bake
2-3 T Demon Pig BBQ Sauce from U-Bake
1 T Minced Garlic
Mix all ingredients (except brats) together in a large tupperware, add brats and refrigerate for 24 hours. (Make sure brats are covered)
Start grill and get hot. Grill brats only to firm up the skin or until browned. (about 5-7 minutes), turning occasionally. Do not cook fully through. Meanwhile, put the brine from the tupperware container in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove brats from grill and place in pan with boiling brine. Let brats boil until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve brats on delicious, soft U-Bake Brat Buns with fixin's of your choice! These are the juiciest brats I've ever had!
