BLT Noodle Toss
8 oz. U-Bake Country Style Wide Egg Noodles
1/2 cup U-Bake Creamy Italian Dressing Mix, prepared
2 pints Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup pre-cooked bacon
1 head Romain lettuce, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse and drain well. Microwave bacon for 30 seconds. Drain on paper towels, then break into pieces. In a large bowl, toss noodles, dressing, tomatoes, bacon and lettuce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with shredded cheese.
Delicious with U-Bake Texas Garlic Toast.
