- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 1/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese (I usually buy already grated)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place cream in a heavy bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese. Do this very slowly and stir constantly with a whisk to avoid clumping. Add parsley, salt and pepper and stir until well combined. Pour over your favorite U-Bake noodles and enjoy :)
Try putting the Alfredo Pasta in a U-Bake Bread Bowl! Brush on melted butter with garlic salt in it, then warm the bowl in the oven for a few minutes before putting pasta inside. Heaven!
