About U-Bake La Crosse

Scott and Kris Nandory fell in love with U-Bake products at a Thanksgiving gathering in 2005. A cousin had them convinced that the Strawberry Strudel and the Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting she brought were homemade.  Until – she finally came clean.  She bought them at U-Bake!  They were so impressed they had to immediately learn more about bringing U-Bake to the Coulee Region!  And so, on October 24, 2006 they opened their doors.

Scott and Kris enjoy Logger games, Packer parties, hanging out on their deck with neighbors and playing with their two yellow labs, Dorsey Jo and Indy. Scott enjoys cooking, canning, ice fishing and will hit the links for a "quick 18" anytime he can. In the rare moments that Kris isn't working at U-Bake, you can find her scrapbooking or doing work for the Coulee Region Humane Society (CRHS).  Kris has a special place in her heart for all creatures and has been able to help the CRHS with their efforts for a number of years.  She helped a number of animals find homes during her days in radio and later went on to volunteer at CRHS, helping care for dogs.  After opening U-Bake and learning that the CRHS makes many efforts to keep animals both physically and mentally well, she learned that she could help with this by donating meaty bones for dogs to give them something to do amidst their days at CRHS.  And, finally, she proudly joined the CRHS Board of Directors in June 2009.  She is excited to have the opportunity to help the CRHS through this new relationship and as a result, the community.
